We also run the NOMAD Field Entomology and Naturalist Programme (FENP) — one of the few opportunities in the UK to learn practical field entomology & insect identification skills through hands-on courses, an entomology club, and regular field events.

Our Environmental Responsibility
NOMAD Sea Kayaking works hard to minimise & manage our impact on our environment. We are particularly focused on our CO2 emissions. So we measure the CO2 emissions for each guest on each of our trips & courses.
Through our charity support network, we offset our CO2 footprint as a business. Calculated for each trip, course or event, including travel to & from our yard to the launch venue & even the estimated water usage washing down the fleet & equipment used for that event.
